Dear GERA holders, It has come to our attention that the GERA token’s security has been compromised due to a private key leak. Hackers transferred ownership of the GERA token’s smart contract deployer to another address: “0x510E4d61663bE6a24D600AaF90F892dd8c8C61dC”. The hacker then proceeded to create two more smart contracts and minted 2,179,340,915.1246 GERA on the Ethereum network and then sent out 110,000,000 GERA (ERC20) to decentralized exchanges. Similarly, they also minted a total of 275,900,000 GERA on the Binance network and sent out 80,543,200 GERA (BEP20). Following this, they dumped GERA on decentralized exchanges and transferred them to centralized exchanges. In response, we have contacted exchanges to suspend all trading, deposit, and withdrawals of the #GERA token until further notice. We are in the process of contacting more exchanges to prevent any further losses from happening. We are working hard to isolate the problem and get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. We will deploy a new GERA token to swap and open up normal trading at the earliest opportunity. Furthermore, we will coordinate with exchanges to swap the compromised token for the new GERA token. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. #GeraCoin
